0. Personal Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe, or communicate with us. This includes:

  • Usage Data: How you use the Platform to help us improve the service. We use this data strictly to provide the Service, manage your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
  • End-User Data (Conversational AI): Data generated when end-users interact with the Platform. We process this strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of the Client. Specific retention periods and authorized sub-processors for this data are detailed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), accessible securely within the Client dashboard.
  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and subscription details.
  • Billing Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Depending on your subscription method, payments are processed either by our authorized Merchant of Record, or directly through the billing ecosystem of the third-party App Store where the Platform was installed. Payment details are processed strictly in accordance with the applicable payment provider's own privacy policy and terms.
  • Data Sharing & Service Providers: To operate our website and communicate with you, we share data with trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf (such as cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, and AI infrastructure). These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

1. What are cookies?

4. Do we track you across the web?

We aim to keep tracking limited to what is necessary to run and improve ENOVAI.We do not sell personal data. We do not build profiles for resale. If marketing trackers are enabled, they are used for campaign measurement and optimization only.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing). You can:

·     Right to Erasure : You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data.

·     Right to Data Portability : Where technically feasible, you may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

·     Right to Restrict Processing : You may request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
