Connect your Shopify store
Connecting Shopify is required for all ENOVAI features: product recommendations, conversion tracking, and revenue attribution.
- In the left menu, click on Shopify Sync.
- In the "Shopify store domain" field, enter your store URL in the format: mystore.myshopify.com (you can find it in the address bar of your Shopify admin).
- Click "Connect Shopify".
- You are redirected to Shopify to approve the required permissions. Click "Install app".
- Return to ENOVAI. The "Synced with Shopify" badge appears and product sync starts automatically.

Verification
In Plan & Usage, the "Products" counter should start filling within a few minutes of connection. If it stays at 0, relaunch the connection from Shopify Sync and verify the permissions granted.
