Refund policy

  • Monthly subscription: a refund request may be eligible if submitted within 7 days of the first payment and usage remains at evaluation level.
  • Annual subscription: a refund request may be eligible if submitted within 30 days of the first payment.
  • To submit a request: email [email protected] with your account email, invoice reference, and reason. We process requests within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation does not equal refund
A refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription from your dashboard before the renewal date.
