Configure your bot

  1. In the left menu, click on Bot Settings.
  2. "General" tab: enter your business name, choose an avatar, and customize the welcome message.
  3. "Widgets" tab: choose the widget primary color and enter your store URL.
  4. Click "Save changes" to apply.
