Widget does not appear

  • Check that the script is placed before the </head> tag in theme.liquid (or that App Embed is enabled).
  • Make sure the theme is published and that you are testing on the live store, not in preview mode.
  • Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) to clear the browser cache.
  • Test in private browsing to rule out extensions (Adblock, etc.).
  • Make sure you are not using two installation methods simultaneously.
