Widget appears but does not respond
- Check that Shopify is connected in Shopify Sync ("Connected" badge visible).
- Check your conversation quota in Plan & Usage — if the monthly limit is reached, the bot stops responding.
- Relaunch the Shopify sync via the "Re-sync products" button.
- If the issue persists, contact support with: your store URL, your browser, and a screenshot.
