Conversation

An exchange session between a store visitor and the ENOVAI chatbot. A conversation starts at the first message and ends after a period of inactivity.

Lead

A visitor who submitted their email address via the ENOVAI bot. Corresponds to a qualified commercial contact.

Intent

The intention detected behind a visitor's message (product search, delivery question, complaint, etc.).

Widget

The chat interface displayed on your Shopify store that allows visitors to interact with the bot.

Automation rate

The percentage of conversations handled entirely by the bot without human intervention.

Revenue influenced

Revenue generated on orders placed following a conversation assisted by ENOVAI.

Shopify Sync

Synchronization of your Shopify store's products, variants, prices, and stock levels to ENOVAI.

Tenant / Workspace

The ENOVAI workspace associated with your store. One account can manage multiple workspaces.

Plan

The subscription level selected (Starter, Accelerate, or Performance), determining available quotas and features.
