Refund policy

1. Monthly subscription: a refund request may be eligible if submitted within 7 days of the first payment and usage remains at evaluation level.
2. Annual subscription: a refund request may be eligible if submitted within 30 days of the first payment.
3. To submit a request: email support@enovaigroup.com with your account email, invoice reference, and reason. We process requests within 5 to 7 business days.
