Payment data (credit card, banking details), sensitive data under GDPR. The ENOVAI widget does not place any cookies, does not use localStorage or sessionStorage, and does not trigger any analytics or marketing trackers.

Data	Detail
Conversation messages	Content of exchanges between the visitor and the ENOVAI bot.
Lead email	Only when the visitor voluntarily submits it via the bot.
Shopify imported data	Product catalog and stock levels (availability) — non-personal data.
Technical data	IP address (processed in aggregate for security), device type, timestamp.
