Configure your bot

1. In the left menu, click on Bot Settings.
2. 'General' tab: enter your business name, choose an avatar, and customize the welcome message.
3. 'Widgets' tab: choose the widget primary color and enter your store URL.
4. Click 'Save changes' to apply.
