Behavior settings

1. Recommendation: start with default settings (without auto-open), then adjust based on results after the first few weeks.
2. Greeting & welcome: enable the welcome message to proactively engage visitors as soon as the widget opens.
3. Online/Offline status: configure your availability hours to show the correct status to visitors.
