Troubleshooting

Widget appears but does not respond

  1. Check that Shopify is connected in Shopify Sync ('Connected' badge visible).
  2. Check your conversation quota in Plan & Usage — if the monthly limit is reached, the bot stops responding.
  3. Relaunch the Shopify sync via the 'Re-sync products' button.
  4. If the issue persists, contact support with: your store URL, your browser, and a screenshot.
